About MWize @ Work:

MenopauseWize was founded by Sukhpreet Patel to support women through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause, offering credible, evidence-based information. Over time, she realized that women were not only struggling to manage their menopause symptoms, but organizations were also facing challenges in retaining and supporting these women in the workplace. This led to the creation of MenopauseWize at Work—an initiative designed to help organizations create menopause-inclusive environments, enabling both women and companies to thrive together and optimize workplace productivity.

MenopauseWize at Work is a comprehensive resource designed to empower both women and workplaces. Drawing from Sukhpreet's experience as an MD (ObGyn, India), MPH (U.K), and HCA Registered Health & Nutrition Counsellor™ (Canada), MenopauseWize at Work provides support, information, and tools needed to help women navigate menopause confidently, while also guiding organizations to create menopause-inclusive environments where employees can thrive.

What Do We Do?

A. Empower the Female Workforce

Equip women with the knowledge, tools, and support to navigate perimenopause and menopause confidently, enhancing their well-being and workplace engagement.

Interactive Seminars

Empower women with knowledge through engaging seminars tailored to groups with the goal of providing comprehensive insights into navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Personalized Support

One-on-one meetings to equip women with tools to understand their symptoms, offer coping strategies, and provide support in omptizing their time at work.

Community
Building

Foster a sense of solidarity through support groups or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), where women can share experiences, gain peer support, and access helpful resources.

B. Transform Human Resources

Enable HR teams to create inclusive, supportive environments with tailored training, wellness programs, and communication strategies for menopause-related challenges.

INtegrated programs

Collaborate with HR to incorporate menopause support into existing health initiatives, such as stress reduction, nutrition counseling, and mental health services.

SPECIALIZED Training

Provide managers and HR personnel with training to understand and address menopause-related challenges sensitively and effectively.

Open Communication

Create an environment that encourages open dialogue between employees and managers, ensuring women feel safe seeking accommodations.

Tailored Solutions

Equip HR teams with toolkits and strategies to implement workplace adjustments, such as flexible scheduling, ergonomic workspaces, and wellness support tailored to menopause-related needs.
